What if I miss the 30 minute heads up call?
Our team will leave a message and text you. If they don't hear
back within 10 minutes, we'll have to reschedule for another day.
Be ready to get a phone call during your pick up window.
Do I need to be there?
Yes, please pick a day you can be home to let our team in. We
can't sell things that are left outside.
How do I add more items?
Just text us more pictures! We need to approve items before we
pick them up. Our pick up team can't approve new items during the
pick up.
Do I have to move anything?
Nope! Our team will come inside your house to remove your stuff.
We can't take anything that's left outside in the weather.
